Yep, trying to get these cores fluffed out a bit more. We are looking for casual minded players willing to commit to these play-styles, or already interested in these play-styles that would like to help newer players interested in these styles get started. Most of us are just roleplayers, but we have a few of us that are raiders, and pvp casually for the fun of it. We'd like to ask for the assistant and leader that is applying to bare in mind that we are a casual minded guild, and progress isn't our prime directive, though we like to make attempts to get somewhere when there is time available.

Positions available:

• Raid Core Leader
• PVP Core Leader

Responsibilities:
Raid core leader is responsible for scheduling raid dates, ensuring raiders have a weeks awareness of a raid attempt, and ensuring the raid is ready and able to tackle new content as well as providing valuable knowledge and guidance in the raid and keeping people coordinated throughout the run. There will be an assistant within the raid to keep things running smoothly (Marionos), and can be approached if any problems with the raid come up that need to be addressed.

PVP core leader will be helping with scheduling events, and pvp dates/events that allow newer players to break into the new content and know more of their classes ability in pvp situations. This role is integral in supporting the RP-PVP portion of the guild, and important to help coach new players interested in PVP and Arenas.

I do not expect immediate applications for this role, but would like some input on what else might be needed of either roles.
